It is amazing that StackEdit is available in China. And I can use GitHub which is not blocked in China. However, there is an issue about sync.
Without VPN, the only way that I have found to sync is to reload the page. Related GUI buttons like
- the button with a circling icon in the navigation bar (gray)
- Synchronize now button in the Synchronize submenu (outputting “sync not possible”).
do not work.
Once I connect to VPN, these problems disappear.
I guess the behind processes after clicking these buttons are related to unnecessary Google services.
