Paid, can't export files to PDF

Hi, I just paid $50 (which was actually $64 AUD) and returned to StackEdit, and it’s not recognising the fact that I’ve paid.

What I want to know is why and how can I resolve it? And if it’s not possible to resolve it, how I can get a refund please.

Hi Leticia,

Your payment has been processed and your sponsorship is active until 2023.
Can you make sure you signed in using the Google account you used during your payment ?

I’m now getting error 400 when I try to export. I’ve logged out/ in again, with the same issue. What might be causing this do you think?

This is usually caused by an image the server is not able to download. Can you check the images URLs in the file?
