How to share document with link?

I used to do that long ago but when I came back I don’t know how to do it anymore.
So how to do it? I felt like it’s used to be intuitive back then. Now it’s really confusing. Does the interface get changed?

Of course I want it to be shown in stackedit.io NOT shown in google drive as txt file or shown with a github markdown.

I’m not sure myself, but I suspect you have to “publish” it somehow. Unless it was a feature of the previous version of stackedit
